Maintenance on 91´«Ã½â€™s VoIP Telephone Systems
Oct 28th, 2025
On Wednesday October 29, 2025, from 12:01AM to 2:00AM the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) will be carrying out maintenance on 91´«Ã½â€™s VoIP telephone systems servicing the St. John’s and Signal Hill campuses, off campus sites in the St. John’s area, and Faculty of Nursing sites in Gander, Grand Falls-Windsor, and Happy Valley-Goose Bay. This work will not affect telephone services at the Marine Institute, Grenfell campus, Labrador campus, or Harlow campus. As a result, there will be a reboot of VoIP telephones and possible loss of call history on VoIP telephones. For questions regarding this maintenance please contact the OCIO Service Desk at 709-864-4595, help@mun.ca or chat support
