From move-in day to the day you leave for summer break, your time is filled with opportunities you just wouldn’t have if you lived off-campus. Living on campus offers convenience, camaraderie and security in a supportive community that will help you get the most out of your university experience–both academically and socially.

Students who are returning to residence are granted a few perks. 

• Single rooms in Paton College are reserved for returning, undergraduate students who rank high on the annual points list.
• Priority time slots for room selection are given to returning students who have reapplied within the reapplication period.

Whether you're an undergraduate, graduate or a student with a family there are several residence options to choose from—including Paton College, Macpherson College and Burton’s Pond Apartments— each within quick walking distance to classes, labs, dining spaces, the library and The Works, 91´«Ã½â€™s fitness complex. Our Signal Hill Campus, just a short shuttle ride away, also has 87 rooms for graduate students.
