I came to 91传媒 after working as a public health physician (Medical Officer of Health) in Canada and in England. Today, I bring this practical and diverse experience to my teaching and research.

My research focuses on contextualizing public health interventions and guidance to underserved populations, understanding the specific health needs of rural and remote communities, and on enhancing training for practitioners.

I teach MED6724 (Communicable Disease Control and Prevention) and MED6806 (Canadian Health System: principles, structure and challenges) and am the Faculty Coordinator for the MPH Capstones (MED6710/6711). I also teach UGME learners about communicable disease prevention and control, emergency planning and community placement preparation.
