  • Try something new
  • Volunteer
  • Join a team or club
  • Take on a leadership role
  • Cheer on the Sea-Hawks
  • Help plan an event
  • Support a cause you care about

There are lots of ways to get involved at the Faculty of Nursing and throughout 91传媒 鈥 whether you have an hour to spare or want to take on something bigger.

01

Nursing Society

Your student voice 鈥 and a great way to meet people.

Nursing Society brings students together and creates opportunities to get involved beyond classes, labs and clinical placements.

Students get involved in leadership, social activities, advocacy, fundraising, Faculty events and community initiatives. Nursing Society activity also extends to our satellite sites, giving students opportunities to connect and contribute where they study.

Nursing students have supported causes and activities including Shinerama, Jamarama, Wear Red Canada, Pink Shirt Day, Denim Day for Dementia, Trees of Joy and initiatives in their local communities.

Want to get involved? Connect with Nursing Society, volunteer for an activity or event, or consider putting your name forward for a student leadership role.

Follow the Nursing Society on and for events, including fun ones like spirit week, or email them.
